These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CutDeck, a software plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro ("Software"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
When you subscribe to CutDeck, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) personal devices for the duration of your active subscription.
Your license is for your personal or business use only. You may not:
CutDeck is sold on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed by Gumroad, our payment partner. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
A free trial may be offered at our discretion. Free trials require a valid payment method on file and automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We release updates to the Software periodically, including bug fixes, new features, and security patches. Updates are delivered automatically through the plugin. We reserve the right to change or remove features at any time.
CutDeck does not upload your video, audio, or other media files to any external server. All processing happens locally on your device. For details about what we do collect, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Adobe Premiere Pro, your computer, or any third party.
CutDeck and all its components, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by subscribing.
CutDeck uses open-source components including FFmpeg and whisper.cpp, which are subject to their respective licenses. These components are bundled or downloaded separately during installation.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You are responsible for backing up your work before using the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it from your devices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the plugin. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
