Every new CutDeck subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged. If you decide CutDeck isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you're done. No money changes hands.
If you decide within 30 days of your first paid charge that CutDeck isn't working for you, we'll refund your full subscription fee. Just email support@cutdeckapp.com with the email address you used to purchase, and we'll process the refund.
You don't need to give a reason. We'd love to hear feedback to make the product better, but a refund request is a refund request.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your Gumroad account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then stop renewing.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day window.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad within 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.
To cancel (without requesting a refund), log in to your Gumroad library, find your CutDeck subscription, and click "Cancel subscription." You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
